Our building inspections can be adjusted for fast track projects, providing a high level of coordination specifically suited to the design build concept and to gain compliance with all applicable codes required by the local jurisdiction. The need to track and address design changes in the field has created a need for inspectors on these projects to be especially aware and proactive. Fast track projects may be built into small phases based on incremental design and fabrication steps. In such cases, our inspection team keeps daily logs to track corrections and plan review changes.
Our Inspection Team also provides on-call Building Inspection Services to cover specialized inspection activities and other services as needed. These activities may include:
